  Application for Extended Leave

This application is to be completed by the parent or caregiver of the student/s for leave of more than 5 days for the purpose of travel within Australia and/or overseas and must be shown to the Principal for approval.

  Travel Arrangements Form

As you are aware, the safety of our Students at St Finbar’s is extremely important to us. Therefore, it is also important that our Staff have some knowledge of how each child travels to and from school each day. We would ask that you take the time to fill in the form below and return it to the school office as soon as possible.

  2020 Collection Notice

During the year, your child may create materials (Works) or may be photographed or filmed for our school publications, website and/or social media, or other print or electronic media (including third party websites). Please complete the attached consent form and return to the school.

  National Disability Insurance Scheme Guide for Schools and Families

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is the independent Commonwealth agency responsible for implementing The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).   Sunscreen Policy

  Allergies and Anaphylaxis Policy

Anaphylaxis is potentially life threatening and always requires an emergency response. The St Finbar’s Glenbrook Primary Allergy & Anaphylaxis Policy has been developed to ensure that every reasonable effort is made to minimise the exposure of students at risk of an allergic reaction to known allergens within the school environment or whilst attending an official school excursion.

  Excursion Policy

St Finbar’s Primary School Glenbrook is committed to facilitating the educational importance of extending learning experiences beyond the classroom. The following policy outlines our procedures for the organisation and management of school excursions.

  First Aid and Medication Policy

First Aid at St Finbar’s School is provided by qualified staff to meet the needs of students who become ill, have accidents and require the administration of prescribed medication. First Aid is primarily administered by administration personnel who are in possession of a current Senior First Aid Certificate. Learn more.
